Gift Certificate Policies
GIFT CERTIFICATE - All gift certificates are non-refundable, they can be transferred. After expiration date, they will transfer into cash value and can be applied to any service. Any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the amount of $30 being deducted from the gift certificate.
PROMOTIONAL GIFT CERTIFICATE - These are gift certificates that are not purchased, but are given. They can not be transferred. No showing on a promotional gift certificate service will result in lost of the gift certificate.
PRE-PAID SERVICE PACKAGES - Pre-paid service packages are a group of services that you paid for in advance at a discounted rate. These are to be used by the expiration date of the package. After the expiration date, any unused services will be lost.
Membership Agreement
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS - I agree to have the card I entered charged on the same day of each month based on when I sign up for the subscription. I understand that there are no contracts, no commitments, and that any cancellations within 24 hours of my appointment will result in a loss of that service for the month. My membership is non-transferable, non-refundable and can not be shared. I understand that it is my responsibility to schedule my appointment and that any appointments not used during the paid month of membership is lost. I also understand if I cancel my membership, the membership may not be available for renewal.
